The Brief

Complete renovation of a grade II listed Georgian property from a single family dwelling to a holiday rental. My client, a well know media mogul, wanted a complete overhaul of this 5 bedroom house. Furthermore he wanted to put in 4 new bathrooms and a cinema room in the loft space. The job took 5 months to complete. It was finished to a high standard and included a wine cellar. As it was to be a holiday let, the client decided To furnish the house with a mix of his personal antiques and artwork from his other properties as well as salvaged pieces that we refurbished.
